This project has encompassed a broad spectrum of the building crafts, consisting of a structural steel frame with masonry, glass and precast exterior walls.
Planning and logistics played a major role in construction due to the condensed schedule and small working area adjacent to the university football stadium.
The 2-story 52,000 sf facility opened in the Spring of 2004.
2005 Build Kentucky Award winner by the Associated General Contractors of Kentucky
2005 Brick Award of Merit by the Kentuckiana Masonry Institute, Inc.
