Emergency and Surgery Expansion
This project encompassed all areas of the hospital for renovation or expansion with the exception of the patient rooms.
James R. Leake & Son completed the construction in consecutive phases while the hospital remained fully functional for the duration of the project.
The scope of work was defined but not limited to the following:
Emergency Department Addition 11,200 square feet
Emergency Department Renovation 6,950 square feet
Radiology Department Renovation 5,200 square feet
Engineering /Housekeeping Renovation 2,300 square feet
Surgery Department Addition 11,381 square feet
Surgery Department Renovation 7,864 square feet
