James R. Leake, President
Jim Leake joined his father in the business in 1981 after graduating from the University of Kentucky. He has made great strides to develop a full-service customer driven Construction Company. His technical training is enhanced by many years of construction management experience on a wide array of projects. He is known for his common sense approach to developing economical and practical solutions to complex problems in addition to excellent communication and customer relation's skills. His leadership and experience are the backbone of our company. He is responsible for overseeing all business and daily operations of the company.
Jeff Aurand, Head of Construction Operations/Project Manager
Jeff joined the company in 1990. He is a third generation construction man who started in construction in 1979. Jeff started the carpentry apprentice program in 1983, completing the four-year course in three years. During the end of his apprenticeship program, Jeff served as a carpenter foreman, then as job superintendent and eventually Project Manager. Jeff has worked in numerous areas of commercial construction over the past 27 years and has accumulated experience and expertise in many facets of the construction field from conception of a project to final completion. Jeff learned, through the tutelage of his father along with years of experience that honesty and integrity are the backbone of his reputation as well as the basis on which he performs his job duties. Having started at the bottom and working his way up through the years, he understands how projects evolve and what it takes to see them through to the end.
Georgia Holbrook, Accountant/Controller
Georgia joined the company in 1996. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. Georgia has over 20 years of accounting experience; more than ten of those years spent in commercial construction accounting.
Chris Weddington, Superintendent
Chris joined the company in 2003. He has more than 28 years of commercial, institutional and industrial construction experience.
Earl Stone, Superintendent
Earl joined the company in 2006 bringing with him more than 33 years experience in all aspects of construction. Earl has spent the last 16 years as a superintendent on commercial projects.
Autumn Travers, Office Manager
Autumn joined the company in 2008. Autumn has an Associate of Sceince in Computer Applications from the National College of Business and Technology. Autumn has spent the previous seven years before joining the company as a customer service manager.
